No worries - I got it! my dutch partner is a friend of a friend - who knows what will arrive on the big day!

My partner is from Holland.. any advice to him?

Thank you for this advice. Some silly guys on here. Must be awful mentally to end up last in Prologue when you have so many days ahead still. DNF would be unthinkable.

Thanks guys, most of you have really solid advice, never easy when your partner is not available to train with and the European climate is so different.... anyone have any good advice for a European partner - not big on internet else would get him on here!

Having paid off my bond and my car installment ( in case I get tuned on that) I have found myself in the lucky position of securing an Epic entry. I am looking for advice on how to tackle the Prologue bearing in mind there are 7 stages to come. Do I go full taps or rather play it nice and easy. Advice from previous riders welcome.
