Hey guys my front derailleur is almost touching the largest ring. I know it should have about 2mm clearance though. Is moving it heigher as simple as adjusting the derailleur height and cable tension- or is there something I should look out for? Shot!

I know they not carbon fibre but are still really stiff and do the job nicely. Set me back R700, so I'm happy- seeing as they go way above that.

Thanks D I think it just comes down to personal preference. I'll stick with the Schwinn and if I have any problems I'll PM you so you can say I told you so Appreciate the advice and did give it some serious thought when I first decided to get a bike. I'll let you know how it goes though

The bike comes standard 8 speed, but I think in the near future I shall be upgrading! Gonna get some miles under the belt first though
