would be all to happy to leave it... with winter coming is there no risk of water getting under the crack and making it worse, causing more damage?

there plenty other marks... was concerned about this one as the paint had cracked... not just scratched. had the bike since Dec... so no, not my first ride.

ok so i copy and pasted my first post and added pics and still it says 'post_to_short'...

Ive tried 3 times to add pics to this thread but it keeps telling me 'post_to_short'... what am i doing wrong?

On the weekend i went over the bars and my bike bounced off a tree stump that has left a neat little dent in the frame on the down tube. my problem is that the paint has cracked/split (not chipped)... firstly, is my frame still ok and secondly what do i need to do about the paint crack? should i use some water paper to sand the raised crack/split and then coat it with something? any ideas?

Really enjoyed An Epic Tale... those guys are amazing, so dedicated to their sport. loved it! was just so dissapointed that nowhere in the Tale did they let us know what they earn...

that palette you have to get up to get over the jeep track and carry on up vasbyt... everytime i try that i lose grip on my back wheel and end up in a pile at the bottom of it...!

Specialized Epic 29er, full suspension... my first 29er and i love it!

im going to try my MTB saddle on my road bike and see if it makes any difference. i wear the same socks on both bikes. it tends to start about 20 minutes into the ride.

Thnx... its a possibility but could that be the case after going and having a setup done at the shop... youd hope your seat is adjusted to the correct position right?

i posted this topic in Tech Q&A... im posting it here now in the hope people actually see it... i have a raod bike as well as a MTB... i use the same shoes on both bikes... when im on the road bike i get pins and needles and lose the feeling in my feet... but i dont suffer at all on my MTB... has anybody else had this problem? is it an easy fix? must the Cleat placement on the road bike shoe be different to the MTB?
