i get some some stuff but never frames cause its too large and freight costs are pricesy for these large items..import duties could be high too

SRAM Drive Train in terms of gearshift for sure, 1:1 SPRING RATIO, makes for best gear shift, but yeah trying it is probably the best way to go. Shimano Brake systems or Tektro Pro's also very good,...at the end its all about your budget ... Cheers
