  1. I recently moved to Sandton, and bought me a MTB. I'm looking for groups riding in the Sandton area on weekends as i'm not wanting to ride at the bike park all the time. I'm at the novice stage, so nothing too hectic. jonnow2010-02-09 00:33:30

  9. So, with the winter coming up fast, i have decided that I want to build up a MTB. I want to use 2nd hand parts to do this project. My question is this: I'm not a weight weenie, but what weights are 'acceptable' for the various parts (frame, forks ect.)

  11. But what if there are 100 cars coming from all sides... who has the right of way then?
  12. From what I've heard, it works like a 4 way stop. The first person there has right of way, but if someone is in the circle at the time, then they have the right of way.
  13. I think I want a pair!!! That is so cool.
  14. I would be in, for the support Pornstar. You can sign me up for a shirt and some gels...
  15. I have a Corsa hatch Klapperknop. I don't have a tow bar yet, but I can get one installed if need be. I'm looking for ease of use as a top priority, but I also need to make sure that the rack is safe and my insurance will cover me if the bike is stolen off my car...
  16. can't say I've had the same problem SD... I've been Hubbing all week (my boss would kill me if he had to find out) and it's been working great for me.

  18. I currently use the backseat/boot of my car, but in December I am making the trek with the family down to the South coast and i'm not going to fit the bike and all my crap for 3 weeks in the car. So i need to find a better way of transporting the bike and the rest of my junk...
  19. I just want to get an idea of which type of transport methods other cycalists use, but more so the reason why they choose that type ie: ease of use, costs ect... Input would be greatly appreciated!
  20. Thanks for the assitance guys...
  21. I am having a problem with my gears slipping (Shimano Sora), and was wondering if this could be the same problem?
  22. HAHAHA... KDEE that is an excellent set of observations. Very well put too. I think you have given me the motivation to get there and do some spectating or myself.
