Hi Guys, I'm 30 years old, been working in Recruitment most of my career. I've recently got divorced and am having my midlife crisis. I know I'm a bit young but anyway when life gives you lemons.... I'm looking for a career change and am looking at doing something where my true passion lies. Since starting mountain biking and cycling in general I've been Reborn so to speak. I'd love to wake up every morning and be excited about the prospect of a new day and the adventure and learning it will bring. I was thinking about becoming a Bike mechanic or something else bike related. I have excellent communication, training, people skills and love to get my hands dirty. Does anyone have any idea if there are South Africa Accredited Bicycle Mechanic courses out there? I'd be willing to work, promote and do an apprenticeship type gig. Please let me know if you could help.

HI guys, Has a few questions on helmet care and Refurbishment. I recently picked up a Bell Sweep R on the hub. Was wondering the manner in which to get the sweaty smell out of it. I know you can take the foam inserts out and wash them or replace but what about the rest of the helmet? As far as Changing the colour scheme of your helmet, Can this be done? If so how? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Great. Thanks for all the help. Went ahead and purchased the 2001 Schwinn Fastback Factory. Went for a 40kms ride and wow what a difference. Average speed over the 40kms was 10kms faster than on my MTB. Just waiting for some cash to come through and I'll schedule a Cycle/ErgoFIt. Thanks again.

Your right just re-measured its 84-86cm. Did it the old book spine between the legs measure from top of book spine to floor with out shoes on, Right?

I was chatting with the guys wife. She said it was a large from my understanding large start at 56cm right? How do I check the size if its not on the frame? Seattube to headtube c to c?
