Have it checked out, mine was also incredibly high, turned out to be anxiety, prescribed a 2 week coarse of pills and all seems fine now.

My club offers weekly rides to club members, and there is always the instore discounts and occasional special offers like bike setups etc which are always sms'ed through to me as a member, so for me its cool.

i may be ***'ed out here, but i always keep a can of Q20 which works wonders when in a pickle, best lube ever

Hey Hubbers, yes yes before i am stripped naked and stoned by many long standing hubbers i understand this has probably been discussed millions of times, but i have no experience with light, and appreciate your opinions. Most of my riding is usually trails, however most morning's i am on the road, with winter upon us i would like recommendations from users experienced with suitable lights for the early winter mornings but yet something that will still do the job well enough for me being on the trials. Must stress though that i really don't want to spend more than about R1500. Thank for the input and help.

It really sucks being off my bike, but yes i agree with you, have distanced my bike so i dont see it every day so as to not get on it LOL

So I came off at Rietvlei 2 weeks back, immediate swelling on elbow, seemed ok but X-ray a week later shows 2 fractures on elbow and 1 on the wrist. No cast required thank goodness but too weak to ride for a while. Wondering what average recovery times and injuries experienced from fellow Hubbers?

I agree - and with a 150mm travel lockable to 90mm it certainly looks the business for South African terrain, strange why we are all so hung up on XC bikes...............suppose its the inner "I wanna dice" South African culture, but yea, great bike.
