DAD does rides on saterdays and during the week , i think it starts around 16:00. Grant cycles done have a set outride, but i ride most sundays with them from smuts house @ 6:00 or 6:30. Call Grant Cycles and ask for Jason he will let you know. Hope this helps

also try using a car charger, if there you going to have family meet you there, buy a normal cellphone car charger

I also used the WHASPProtein Gel in saterdays MTB 40km race and aswell as the road race. Worked well, i have nice constant flow of energy, only took one in each race, my legs were shot in the road race, but the gel kicked in shortly after, pushed me to the end. Great job guys, but like my mother always said the medicine that taste the worst , works the best!!!

i like the fact that i could get my prescription lenses for my RP rydon's. cost a bit more but now i can use them day and night. no need to change glasses for day and night time riding.

Strip down checking. I took my bike to a well known shop ( thought i might get good service/value for money) and they charge R400 and then took to my local bike shop and the charge R200. why would there be such a difference? They are both in shopping centres.....guess the area and name makes a huge difference.

cool, so this more or less a done deal. It will just be the issue of getting the maps in SA, as i am getting the unit from UK. I hav e sent garmap a mail to find out what maps i need for the unit once in SA.

then i would rather go to fritz pienaar's group rides that are for beginners and intermediate. I will contact the karsten cycles person. Will see what they have and what advise. I come from a off road motorcycle background. Group ride are exactly what it is ....group ride. What is the point of ride and leaving people behind.....
