I can't say. I don't think I are enough before and during the ride. And also I might have to loo kat getting more of the right foods in to my stomach for my riding. I have to start eating better. Parow to Suikerbossie... mmm... was more like Melkbos to Suikerbossie and back. I must say, thank you to my three Road trainers. I had a jol! And yes, I have much much more respect for roadies than I use to have. (Not that I did not respect them, just was under the impression that riding a road bike on road was easier than it turned out) All in all, it was a great expierence and I honostly can't wait to get my road bike so that I can join you guys more.
