So Gravelburn 2025 is done and dusted... All the bikes took more of a beating than anyone expected, and not everyone was lucky enough to have the Specialized Rider Support package. initially we were informed that walk-in customers would only be served, after signed up customers would get preference. This had me a bit worried after I encountered my first mechanical after day 3.... NOT TO WORRY!!!, the Specialized tech team went out of their way, often working through the night, to make sure all bikes were ready to continue the next day... Eventually, I cracked my frame and was not allowed to continue, however, Specialized offered me a loan bike, so I can complete the event... That just made my day.. Thanks guys. To the Specialized Team, and everyone involved! Respect for running a great rider support team! you can all be proud! 🫵😉👍

The new GX Dub crank is a bit disappointing… BB already going SQUEAKY… brakes are better than expected.. Not spongy like the old ones..

I’m riding Spez Roubaix 32 tyres on my Cannondale Supersix EVO, 2019, rimbrake. frame clearance is ok, but Dura Ace brake bridge has about 2 mm clearance, so with stiff wheels that’s OK. I Just don’t use it in too much rain or mud.
