Not used for a water bottle. I use it to put my lights battery which is built into a water bottle as I do most of my training at night.

So after a massive/epic wipeout on the K2C I have finally managed to recover and get on the bike. 1. If you are going to fall make sure it is worth your while. 2. I learnt that speed does not kill<?: prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /> <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> only on a bicycle of course (don't mean to offend anyone of course) Here are a few pics of the new bike. Before any WA says anything about the bar ends dont as they are going to stay because of my stuffed up neck. I think my bike shop had a lot of fun building my bike as they just added things on as they felt it was necessary. You can't keep everyone happy I guess How many entries vs how many complaints. This is a big race and I am sure that the orginisers go out of their way to put the best foot forward to get folk to come back year after year. Why don't you send a querry to the event orginisers.

Well the recovery has gone really well been back on the bike for 4 days now. Today it might be going even beter. Maybe and it is a big maybe the new bike will be ready for collection. YEEEEEEHAAAAAAAA

the healing process is looking good with some nice new islands of skin forming. Last nights sleep was great assisted by some fantastic drugs and a certain dr jack daniels:-) all we can see is that something sharp hit the rim which could of cut the sidewall of my tire. I had a mean wipe out coming down Simola at about 73 kays on the TAR. TO THE FELLOW MTB'ER THAT STOPPED TO HELP ME AND GET ME OUT OF FURTHER DAMAGE I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU. UNFORTUNATELY ONE DOES NOT THINK CLEARLY AT THE TIME SO I NEVER MANAGED TO GET YOUR RACE NUMBER TO THANK YOU.
