Not as often as I should. I leave it up to my LBS to decide. What I can say is that my current chain has about 2500 - 3000 kilo's on and not giving me any problems. I am learning slowly though on what to do when. Maybe I should start keeping a log of what gets replaced when. Nah thats just crap rather just ride my bike. Disclaimer: Do not take any technical advice from me as I am the worlds most technically chalenged person around no really.
