Hey guys. We don't like to jump in on posts like these in a 'Hello Peter' corporate-style but we're avid Hubbers and couldn't help notice this post. We sprung into action as soon as we saw Alien8's post yesterday after learning that our original plans for a quick return weren't working as such. We have made contact with all parties and can happily say that the replacement pads are on their way. As you all know, we pride ourselves in bringing in great products, providing even better service and providing much needed support to the gravity aspects of cycling in SA. We understand the challenges of online shopping as well as you do and that's why we have adopted the following returns policy since day one: - Unwashed, unworn and unused products may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or credit. - The product may not be damaged, scratched, dirty or even slightly used as it will not be accepted as a re-saleable. - Returned products must include the original packaging material and tags. - We will refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. - We do not do refunds for special order items. - If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, we will happily accept the return but the shipping charge will be for your own account. Hi PeterWest. The Deity stock we've got on our shop is the latest available Deity product line and the new gear is still in prototype and testing phase.
