    So I pre-ordered my Copy of Far Cry 5. Luckily I have a US Acc on my PS4, and the rand that's getting stronger I am saving a lot of $$$$$.

    I dont... I actually used my inhaler a couple of Times in the Comrades.But to me, it seems its slowing me down, not making me faster...

    So I struggled for the first time in a very long time again with my ashma.. Using Ashma Meds and inhalers etc since I was 8 years old. I'm on Foxair 50/500 as a chronic inhaler twice a day But unlike Froome, I don't get any advantage out of it. Think I will just take an easy run this weekend and see how it goes.

    I agree, I have always run in Nikes, except when Reebok was sponsoring comrades and you got that free reebok jacket if you cross the finish line wearing a pair of their shoes...

    There is a running club here. But they only run short runs every now and again. We are not really on good speaking terms. I had a fallout with the clubs administration. We had different views on things at our club and how it should change so it could help everyone. But the "click" in our club thought I was just talking sh@t. So I showed them the middle finger and left couple of years ago.

    I heard FC4 Is going to be free this month on PSN. I am definitely ordering FC5. Cant wait. And now Rockstar has pushed back Red Dead Redemption 2 for a September Release. But I guess FC5 Will keep me busy up until then.

    Thanks SeaBee, Did a slow 5m run this morning. Heart rate was a little bit elevated, but just went a lot slower. Will just take it slow for a couple of days.
