  1. Without having to scroll and search like crazy - is there somewhere to watch like 2hr highlights online, without DSTV/Supersport/other subscriptions?
  2. Had the same kind of issue with my left kneee years ago - i could run 10km without discomfort, but 5min on the bike felt like hell. ITB was causing inflammation as it rubbed against the knee. In my case stretches for the itb, glute and quad, and then adding a 1.5mm spacer between the outside of the cleat-shoe interface solved the problem. When I removed the spacer a year or so later the problem did not resurface.
  3. I had a 2016 Sesta Pro for a while and it was amazing in all regards. 4 of my mates still have theirs. Probably best value you'll get.
  4. I've had the same problem on/off - foot & calf cramps at night, usually associated with a tingly feeling and very small involuntary painless muscle movements in my left calf only In my case I've figured out that it ALWAYS corresponds with extended periods of high caffeiene (3-5 coffees per day) and little water intake for a prolonged period. Cutting back to 1-2 coffees/day and drinking 1.5+L water (sometimes with fresh lemon juice added) has always sorted it out, without any other supplements, etc. Usually takes a few days to have the desired effect. Try it, maybe it works for you too
  5. The foam dust rings in the fork should be dipped in 5wt fork oil prior to installation to keep everything smooth. When my fork or shock gets a bit stiff I carefully lift away the rubber ring and drip some of that 5wt fork oil (most auto parts stores will have it) in and let it soak through, then compress the fork a few times and repeat. Works for quite a long time
  6. Perfect for the Contermans Enduro this weekend... Although I might change the rear tyre, drop the seat a little and raise the handlebar a bit :-)
  7. Dont mind the pressure - might surprise a few :-) Just dont want to destroy my bike See ya'll at Conters end of the month
  8. Still difficult to find the enduro sections on Strava What I'd like to do is ride some sections before I enter an event to check 1st - on a Silverback Sesta, which is not exactly an enduro machine :-) But I love that kind of riding though, and might look at another bike in future
  9. I'm interested in doing some of the organised enduro's in the Cape, but would like to see if my perception of the terrain and bike required is a match with what I do Would appreciate if someone can point me to the relevant routes, or let me tag along some time I reckon I wont hold too many of you up :-)
  10. Agree with an Epic, Anthem or Sido I'm 1.89 and have only ever fitted well on L frames... And yes, 100mm travel max
  11. Realistically, I reckon CTCT is pretty much a non event for someone doing IronMan
  12. Awesomeness!! Congrats and all the best in turning the store into the shop it was always meant to be!!
  13. Why would they want to make it easier? Thats what the 40km is there for...
  14. And yet apricot pips are touted as a miracle food? They got the cyanide part almost right, but far from harmful chemicals in the natural state. As far as I'm aware. Will look into it
  15. We got the 900W Nutri Bullet last week and we've been drinking mixtures of Kale, Spinach, apple, carrot, almond and mixed seeds, beetroot, etc etc every day since. Just so easy to do - pop everything (apple core included) in the cup with some water and ice, blend like crazy and drink the whole lot. Then rinse the cup and blade in 20sec or put it in the fridge if theres left over. The ease of it all means I actually use it, and will continue doing so, unlike our blender or juicer Reckon the 600W might possibly not get the fine consistency. Expensive yes, but I see this as an investment in our health...
