  1. Am I glad I don't have to train in your area this weekend
  2. Team machine can not be mentioned with any other bike than BMC have to agree' date=' that's why i opened the thread! BTW, very nice bike funrider [/quote'] Changed the topic. Will post some of the other bikes tomorrow. We might not be the biggest or fastest team, but we have the equipment. I also say, if you're not fast, at least look fast
  3. A few of the other guys as well
  4. This is our latest kit. Goes very nice with the bikes.
  5. Complete, as seen in pic. The wheels make a huge difference. With the Campag Shamal Wheels it tips the scale at about 7.2. As for Mampara, do yourself a favour and ride one of these. Value for money, it beats anything out there. Then were not even going into tech such as who Merida is building frames for..
  6. Not sure, to be honest. Excl wheels, ?R50ish, plus R35ish...
  7. Have to race with normal wheels, as the bike doesn't make the weight limit. Just shows that they have to take a look at the current limit. Besides the wheels, there is nothing special about the bike, meaning normal Chorus 11 spd gruppo, ITM bars, etc.
  8. Training wheels?
  9. One of our team machines, weighing in at 6.5kg's. No special bits And we've got some pretty capable MTB riders as well. With fancy bikes funrider2009-09-18 05:10:38
  10. Try stormer, he might have them.
  11. MOst of the times when I download, it starts to download, then just fail at various percentages before completion. I sometimes have to do it five or six times, and this normally happens when you have the least amount of patience or time available.
  12. Very nice Bike, congrats. Wishing you plenty safe and happy miles!
  13. Greg Lemond Carnac shoes? I also had a pair
  14. ITM Stem - It never slips, regardless of the pothole or ditch Campag Components - Need I explain? I agree on the Time pedals Two sets of bar tape Fizik Arione with Carbon rails - Very comfy, zero flex
  15. Why don't you lose the green cabling? Other than that, perfect colour scheme on a very nice bike
  16. Mr Min
  17. Thanks, "Ultimate Hubber"
  18. Roadie question: Is this a DH bike? If not, where do you put the bottle cages?
  19. Now that is a stupid comparison. A tt is a specialist discipline, and as per your comparison, not too long ago Evans kicked Valverde's ass in tt, yet lost the overall. What I'm trying to say is, Burry is in a different league, world class. That's that.
  20. Forget the helmet, what about lights??
  21. Saw this on the net, don't know if it's been on thehub yet, worth a read. I didn't like the wheels when they were launched, glad I didn't buy a set. Scary sh*t http://velonews.com/article/93054/a-shattering-experience---a-post-recall-r-sys-wheel-failure<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
  22. Awesome ride, congrats!
  23. The Batcage, I think by Trek, best MTB cages, never lost a bottle, and does'nt rattle or make noises
  24. In my opinion, which is worth nothing, I think he should have just rode the cat's as stated on his licence. If he wants to compete somewhere else, licence there. Rules are rules, does not matter who gets affected and how. The problem I have with race admin, is they could have put and end to it long before the start line. That was a bit unfair. They knew about his intend to cycle in that race, why not tell him beforehand he won't be allowed?
