hey guys Km does have a bike sponsor its the pinarello's as in picture but they waiting for all the bikes to arrive therefor some are still on there felt bikes...No they are not really so strong this year yes they can attack and get into the move with Dennis van Niekerk, Shaun davel aka shawn Devill aka Shaun Ward geez I dont know what the oaks name is nowadays but you know the guy that rode for the "MacDonalds" team last year he won the telkom satelite.... The elite trainer is good, I suppose you can't compare any trainer to real riding, but this one is not bad at all. You can even ride Alpe d' Heuz from your living room!

Hey Cruzer. More or less same weight as you. I ride a 12-25 with 39/53 chainrings on 172.5 crancks. Should work wonders for you as well. A 23 on a 39 or 53 is not big enough.
