Hi Anyone here tried making homemade tyre sealant ? where did you get your latex liquid and how much more or less for 1lt ? did you use slime (green stuff) , glitter or both ? what antifreeze did you use ? the concentrate or the already mixed versions ? anything that i might need to add or that i am forgetting ?

my friends always mock me for my nevegul that's on my Epic 29r.... it does weight half a ton... it does keep a crap load of mud (experienced this at sabie last weekend , especially clay / turf) and it looks like it supposed to be on a downhill bike and not a xc But.... It last for ever , never get punctures , grips like a mofo downhill and found it for cheap cheap ! will buy one again ! check out the kenda karma for the back wheel....

i actually enjoyed the event got nothing to complain about except... they know how many people entered they know how many people didnt donate their medals and still they dont have enough medals at the end to give a real mtn dullstroom medal instead of a cheap thin air adventures one ? also anyone know where to get photos of the event ? eish need to strip that dual sus today and get all the mud out and regrease everything :S

hi i have a trek 2300slr aluminum road bike (shimano RSX groupset) thats been standing in the garrage for the past 3 years. i finally decided why not make it a SS and mess around on it. here is the machine. http://2share.co.za/Files/9a526eb4-e70f-404e-9378-699ad1f93afbCapture.JPG ok so a few things i want to find out ? i want to put paint stripper on and then polish the aluminum , put stickers on and then clear coat over it , will it work that way or does the stickers come on top of the clear coat? the big ring in front is a 52 so what ratio is a good ration to start of with ? 52/14 ? where can i buy a chain tensioner and half links (9spd) , how much do they cost ? also want to make the stem , seatpost and rims neon green ? anodize or powder coat ? how much will it cost roughly ? i will start with stripping the bike today and put paint stripper on the frame. (will post photos as i go)

hi do you guys know where i can get Kenda Tyres for my 29r? Looking for Small Block 8 UST (2.2) and a Nevegul UST (2.2) how much do they cost roughly ?

went there on Saturday and tested the single speeds (omw its hard work with normal shoes on SPD pedals and that gear ratio on the twisty climbs) well... the bug has bitten and i will be starting my built soon... also tested the Pinarello Dogma XC with XTR. Quite a pity that specialized/giant wasn't there ???
