@Theunissa Great man, enjoy the journey. A lesson I've learned, the hard way: Don't push them too hard, they will go off cycling completely. Stop the rides when they are still having fun. You want to go for: "Awwwhhh dad, can't we ride some more" vs "How far is it to the end?" or "Can we go home now?" Enjoy, and take lots of photos.

Hi BMC The little red light only works for about 30 sec. to show that the sensor is picking up the magnet moving past. If you want to check it again you must leave it for about 5 mins and try it again. Regards KayC

Hi All I am really ashamed to be a cyclist after Saturday's Lost City race. The number of energy bar/gel wrappers spotted on the road was amazing. It was a windy day on Saturday and there must therefor have been a lot more that was blown off the road into the veld. Please fellow cyclists put your wrappers back in your pockets and throw them away at the finish. Sticky fingers and a sticky shirt can easily be washed off but plastic wrappers in the veld last for years. We also need to speak out when we see others littering, in that way the misguided amongst us may mend their ways. Regards KayC

Hi Mannetjie Size is not a problem. Tandems are built to different leg lenghts for pilots and stokers; you should therefor be able to get a 54/52 combination. Slowpoke's advice is very valuable. You can also consider speaking to Joneene at Linden Cycles about hiring one, to try it out, before you spend big bucks. Regards KayC
