Here's your answer...its only a Draft, but I'll doubt these rules will be changed.

Prob depends in which CAT you wanting to race. I would assume NO for Cat 1 & 2. maybe they'll allow you in the "Open Cat".

The 99er will be a nice warm up for the Hill Climb the next day (lol)

These are 7 events. Taken from the WPCA Wesite. The cost for entering the series is R1190.

Would be nice if they Sponsor the League....similar to what Aca Joe did a few years ago.
