To the clown who forced me off the road onto oncoming traffic, by riding on the wrong side of the cycle path. Catch a wake up take your ear phones out and look up when cycling. Its bad enough cyclists need to watch out for cars. I was so tempted to chase you and give a proper PK. But it would have solved nothing. Rant over.

I dont think it has anything to do with being a roadie. I think people rushing to the start suffer from PPP (Piss poor planning). Leave earlier and enjoy the ride to the event.

The Dutchman, I really hope you are right. They around the corner from where I stay, hence why I went there. My biggest concern, is they need to be more transparent. Rather say it as it is and don't leave a person doubting.

Something is very strange, as I said 15:47 they had not started my bike. At 16:36, I got a call from the same sales person saying my bike is 85 percent complete???? This sounds almost impossible to me...... Any advice for when I fetch the bike, things to look for that you would notice on a service.

Hi Guys Am I beeing to difficult on this one or is it the done thing at cycle technix? I took my bike in on Monday for a full service and to replace my chain. The sales person assured me bike will be done the next day. I waited an eventually called them, the response was we will start tomorrow (Tuesday). I decided to pop in today and see the progress they had made. Yet again I was assured it will be done today, I got a call at 15:47 to say they haven't started on my bike. Has anyone else had the same problem, I'm feeling a little uneasy with these guys now. I want peace of mind cycling and I feel my trust with them has been broken. I get the feeling, they doing me a favor by servicing my bike??? Thanks Newbie

I did the 40 km ride, my first race ever. Mixed feelings about it, maybe that's just because I'm a newby. The only very disappointing part for me being my first race was no medal at the end : (
