I have to agree I include Groenkloof in my ride and do 2 laps as part of my 69-75 km from Monavoni and it does ad that technical practise there are some really funny ones that I , after falling many times (slow pace) now stop and walk but love it there and dont have to drive its the perfect spot
  2. good luck hope you get well soon there are some very technical sections at Groenkloof that might be a good idea to get them marked I see loads of people riding there over weekends

  6. thanks would I have to replace the headset afterwards can I posisbly damage something in the process ?
  7. Any one know how to remove a headset bolt that has not grip to losen it . The hole where I place the allen key in stripped and is round now so there is now way to remove with an allen key

Hi I am looking for a team mate for this event for 2013 its on the weekend of 16 aug entries open 2 jan 2013 and cost r 1500 per person for a 2 man team I am training in centurion and do many race through the year I normally average around 20 - 22 km ph in a race and looking for some one on the same level Pleasr pm me

  17. cool thanks I gathered that after checking the hubs on CRC and I saw one with a description - did not know they exist - interresting So my next question would be what hub should I use on the back for a SS? It seems like the skewer type in not ideal ( I may be wrong) but I see ones that are fastened differently ( bolts and nut type or bolts one both ends )

Hi I am trying to work out what the second cable is in the picture I can see the cable to the Brakes on the left , but on the right there is a cable runnig to the back ( which is not the brake cable ) so what is it for since it does not have shifters its a single speed. by the way awsome frame thinking I might buy this to build my first SS 299 GBP frame only
