  2. Well Well , so it wasn't only me who had this experience , I rode a Stumpjumper before Jeffsy , the day I got onto the demo bike for the first time , it was like all the little pieces that were missing fell into place , I am also 1.75 m tall and the medium felt like it was built for me , you fit In the cockpit rather than being perched on top, the nimbleness , the grip and the playfulness astound , I got home after the test ride , plastic surgery was needed to remove the grin from my face and in the euphoria I refused to give them the demo bike back , I wanted to keep it forever... much to my dismay ..They made me give it back as it was the only medium demo here in Gauteng , sad face... but 3 days later I had my New bike delivered to my door and the Good Times Began.... This is a great Bike , value for money and built for pure enjoyment . Enjoy ... This explains it all : https://youtu.be/ZdUmFQj8zwA
  3. So took the Jeffsy out for a Demo , this turned out to be a very very bad thing to do , After 5 minutes on the trail it had me under its spell , super responsive handling , and great turn of speed. Jumping no problem , railing a Berm no problem , winning me over no problem . So here it is , only upgrade was ethirteen 9-46 TRS Race cassette, Ratios now perfect with 32 tooth upfront , great top end with good climbing ratio , tried and tested this past weekend at the Trailseeker at Mabalingwe, what a great bike , good value for money , no regrets .
  4. Agreed Butcher Grid front / Purgatory Rear , Grid is super puncture resistant too , price good and super sticky < best of the Spez Tyres
  5. What a magnificent trail , great facilities and a single track that has to be some of the best in the country .. we rode the race on the 28th .. it was a mud fest of note especially the g-spot trail ...slip sliding , thrills and spills but packed with laughs made for a interesting race to say the least . did the 30km mtb ride and it was like doing a 55km ride with all the extra spinning you had to do in the mud , finished in around 2 hours 11 minutes .. at the end couldn't shift gears as mud had gummed up everything and had to grind the last hill in a gear that was definitely not suited for the job . But it was a blast to say the least . Well done on a great trail and great setting and facilities. 5 Stars
