  1. Up Front is the SLR Mclaren Stirling Moss edition
  2. Lamborghini Veneno. This car costs $4 million
  3. I find the Ryder LR45 Tail light to be very bright on the flashing mode - and its about R 100. I can see my parents cycling ahead quite easily, even in the day time. This one
  4. SLS AMG Electric Drive
  5. Fixed

  8. Very nice where did you get those from?
  9. Eina! must have hurt. But would look quite funny from an observer's point of view...
  10. I luckily didn't need an op, tendons were still ok, but still took a couple of months to get full motion and strength. Even now I sometimes have to stretch it out, as it can get tight
  11. haven't ridden them yet. i"m back down in cape town and my bike is still home (Rustenburg), so will only get it here in 3 weeks.
  12. That's an advantage, not having to upgrade wheels.
  13. My problem is that the clearance on my sid with a captain is already not so great. And I'm not the lightest of riders so I'm wary of the tire being to wide and on heavy cornering rubbing agains the fork.
  14. Keen to put this up front on my hardtail - 26 x 2.1 ground control. Captains aren't being sold any more.
  15. I bought a 2011 specialised rockhopper pro but I asked the shop to swap out the recon silver for a sid xx. Huge improvement in weight. Next will be brakes - have juicy 3's on there. Everything else is fine for now - slx shifters and fd, xt rear and m552 crank. So I'd agree with the others - upgrade the fork first - then brakes and wheels
  16. That was last year. 2 weeks before argus. I struggled changing gears on my right hand (rode a mtb)
  17. As requested by latent. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the injury after it happened. I see now it was only 4 stitches, not 5.
  18. I've done the same thing. Slammed the base of my thumb on the large chainring. 4 teeth went in (but luckily at an angle so missed my joint). 5 stitches later and. I've still got the scar to prove it.
  19. Did you do the 30 or 60?
  20. Thanks
  21. What about for someone who is 100 kg? On a 26 hardtail
  22. The problem is with some of those in-ear type buds. It blocks out most external sounds even without music
  23. Liquid nitrogen maybe. But not sure about solid phase. What about mercury?
  24. What's the rider weight limit on the st
  25. Say most popular in terms of people wanting the bike then I'd say cannondale is up there. But most popular in terms of number of bikes sold, then Merida, scott, giant and Specialized (possibly in that order)
