Giba gorge is a privately funded bike park created by a few friends that live in the area around Hillcrest. I rode there before the park opened as my family live about 2km's from the entrance. It's more than a bike park!

How technical is the ride at Rietvlei ? Would like to do my first night ride tomorrow. Have the lights, that would work, the dudes from Just Cycles advise.

I have a Forerunner50, works great for my runs and also for the cycling I do. Use it mainly for running. Have an issue with the graph and HR. The watch does pick up the HR but when I upload to Garmin training centre or garmin connect, the graphs only show caden,speed and pace. Haven option to see or select HR. Any ideas ? regards

What is the main criteira I need to look for when choosing lights for night cycling ?
