My wife runs every morning between 04h15 to 05h15 and I cycle next to her on my mtb, riding on the pavements or side of the road, as little tar as possible. We greet everyone oher runner and cyclist we see BUT there are those roadies who just ignore us. Really stuck up fools.
Hi there. There was a big group of mountain bikers riding down Klipriver road, in a southerly direction, then turned right at the Swartkoppies intersection, towards Kibler Park. Where does this group ride from and who organises it? thx
I have Shimano m540 pedals on my bike. My left shoe has a lot of sideways play, much more than the right. How do I know if it is the pedal that has been worn or the cleat under the shoe. Have done adjustments but that has only tightened the cleat in place to pull out of the pedal but the side play is still there. Any pointers ?
