I think all companies should do what Hammer nutrition has done You buy a big bottle of gel which come with a small flask you empty gel into the small flask and use it on your training rides or races...that way you dont litter by throwing empty gel sachets on the floor and waste your money by not using all the gel in the sachet.... Just my 2c worth....

Over the last few week about +- 10 bikes have been hijacked at the corner of Hendrik Potgieter and Ontdekkers in the West Rand Please avoid this area when cycling up from Little Falls and the surrounding areas... When you come up towards Ontdekker rather turn up Gordon road it is much safer.... Please warn everyone that you know that use that road for training in the morning.... Guys I use Vredestein tubes with the long velve I pay R55 at my LBS the other day I went to one of the other LBS and paid R95 for the same tube Cant justify why because they in the same area.....

Because I have spaces on my left shoe because my left foots arch dropped I had to use a longer screw....I need to get screws one size shorter... And he thanked me for buying the shoes so I think he is still the Agent....

Any one know the contact details for SIDI South Africa I am trying to get hold of them All morning Reason is that I bought a new pair of shoes (sidi ergo 2 carbon) about 5 weeks ago...and my left shoe when I am pressing down I can feel the screws from my cleats... After a few Kilometre my left foot goes numb....even when I loosen the shoe I cant feel my foot that how bad it become....my last 10km yesterday for R4S I rode with one leg.... I never had this problem with my DMT's

And I thought I am only one with this problem.... I will try different ways and see which one work for me... Thanks for all the info....

Its my right hand more than my left hand....I rode a race with one hand already.....I did the set up late last year.... Thanks for all the info will try all the options available ....

I went for a bike set up and still nothing changed....some people say I am putting to much weight on my hands .... Eish it is getting to me....

I train every afternoon in the Florida area... There is a father and son that train on the same route with full cycling cloths shoes road bike for father mountain bike for son.....Guess what no HELMETS.... So I cycle pass great them nicely and ask the father where is your HELMET to my suprise he turn around and tell me to F%^$%^$ck off and mind my own business.....but he is one of those WIND GAT okes that know everything....
