If it for loosing weight then she should eat at least 2 hours before she do spinning.... So that way the body use the access weight for energy and if she is just starting out tell her to take it easy ...she dont have to do everything the instructor is doing....tell her to sit back and relax and then fall in again when she can.... Immediatly after the spinning she should have a recovery drink and then have supper....
