I know there has been a topic singing his praises before, but, watching Ryan Sandes being interviewed and seeing the high esteem with which he is held by the international sporting community, as well as seeing his achievements again, really made me feel proud to be a South African. The lad is truly a machine. As a side note, I'm stoked Zazu was presented with a lifetime achievement award.

DaleM - I believe these guys ride from the Virgin Active in Little Falls, but I'm closer to the Planet Fitness. Perhaps we can hook up for a ride sometime.
