    RIFLE

Yep my husband's application took at least a year....amazing how they are able to lose supporting documents.... [emoji2959] But yep I will make sure EVERYTHING possible is submitted..fortunately the academy do also help with the whole process at a decent fee so they'll ensure that we have everything before we submit.

    RIFLE

Well hubby landed yesterday and took me gun shopping this morning..... I am now the owner of a Glock..now for the rest of the paperwork and sitting around waiting before I can take ownership I got Glock 43 -9mm par (9x19) I looked at a few different pistols ..but that one seemed to be a better fit for me and is quite slim so more comfortable to carry...

    Who remembers?

Lol And you will all be happy to know that primary school kids still collect and play for marbles. My boys still have their winnings from their primary school days.
  6. I would be happy if Sep got the win.. man that guy has had so much bad luck at that race and when he didn't have bad luck he wasn't the strongest on the day.
  7. Ja lol
  8. Shees I thought MVDP was younger than what he is[emoji3061] My bad.

Indeed.. there was a stage when we collected and swapped out stationery, letter pad papers, interesting erasers [emoji2356] To this day I don’t know why we did this or even what happened to it all[emoji1787]

Jissie we used to collect the strangest things.
  12. He.. There is video of him saying it..in tears then riding away. He cleared it up today..at the time there was apparently talk that some races may be cancelled and without a contract for next year he got bit emotional not knowing what was to come.
  13. I cried so much during that episode
  14. It was probably coming loose and he didn't want it flapping around..he stuck it in his back pocket..
  15. Good to hear.. Shees he went down very hard Also nice to see was Rudin Selig turn around and immediately go to him.. https://twitter.com/OutOfCycling/status/1316418671724695555?s=09
  16. Reports he is okay.
  17. Yep it will get technical as Pascal technically hadn't started his sprint....but very sorry for the rider it looked very sore hope he isn't too seriously injured but yeah a DQ would be justified.
  18. Pascal just clipped his front wheel going for that gap, probably going to be a DQ[emoji2356] It was a messy sprint even before that..good strong win by Ewan who is still the fastest guy on 2 wheels.
  19. It will be difficult but it is possible to restrict access by just removing the beer tents[emoji6].. [emoji848]
  20. Going to be very weird without the rowdy crowds on the iconic climbs...
  21. When Enzo wants both balls And Ricky wants cuddles....oh Ricky is going to be so happy when his human gets home

    Tennis...

Nadal is tactically really good especially on clay..he is also able to adapt his game and read his opponent really well... and when he is on song it is just something to behold and there will be no stopping him.
  23. But besides Richmond the other 2 weren't exactly solo solo .. Flanders - Kwaito attacked and Sagan joined with Sep bridging but Kwaito being the lighter rider couldn't stay with them and Sep well shame he came to a standstill and Sagan then left him behind.... Roubaix - Sagan had teammates also disrupting the chase right when he attacked .... these races are seldomly just as simple as a solo attack with a lot happening behind...so you need a bit of everything to make them work. But as with Richmond he could open the gap on the......wait for it....... the downhills and GVA reluctancy (no surprise) to work with Eddie B at Richmond. Roubaix he was just a monster.. I recall Cancellara saying that the way he took the corners is also how he could extend his lead... Winning a bike race is never as easy as just bridging a gap or attacking solo. MVDP is still a baby and WVA is although a bit older than him not been in Road racing that long..and they are seeing that just being the strongest on the day won't neccessary mean you will win these classic races..
  24. Add Richmond to the list. But they'll also have to figure out that these other little attacks and accelerations they do during the race takes the sting out of the legs.. and learn that when you make your attack it has to stick..doesn't help you attack multiple times during the race and then have nothing left towards the end. Sagan's Flanders Roubaix and Richmond attacks are examples...attacks at the right time.[emoji106] Boonen and Cancellara as examples too..their attacks were at the right time as well...
  25. LOL I see Van Aert is upset....this my dear Wout is how it goes when you are a favourite..
