  1. Yep its hard to tell though but I think Roglic was going to win the sprint had it been clean in any case...he came up really fast.. sorry that we will never know though [emoji2368]
  2. Confirmed he has been relegated to last in the group so he gets 5th.
  3. For sure Roglic =brilliant But for the sake of consistency JA must be relegated to last in the group. Stokes for Roglic..very sorry for Hirschi though ..that was not cool from JA

Yeah and according to the guidelines set out just this week which teams etc agreed to Napoli have to take to the pitch and don't have any Covid grounds to request the game be postponed. The Genoa-Torino game was postponed because Genoa could not field a team as they have something like 17 postive cases. Currently if you can field 13 players plus an extra keeper you can play...teams also do a fast track test 4 hrs before the game. It's tricky but under the current guidlines Napoli either take to the pitch or forfeit the game.
  8. Nope according to the UCI statement it wasnt registered https://twitter.com/UCI_media/status/1312685818633482240?s=19

So a bit of Serie A drama And to understand the drama you need to understand the top brass at Napoli. They have 2 players who tested positive and a staff member as well as a few injuries, Juve have 2 staff members (not directly involved with the team). Now Juve are set to play Napoli tonight in Turin. Late last night a "report" unconfirmed came out that the local government (Napoli) had blocked Napoli from travelling to Turin.. not long after Juve released a statement that the Juve First team would take to the field as planned. So it turned out the Health department did not prohibited Napoli from travelling to Turin but the owner of Napoli made the call he also tried to pressure the local health department to block Napoli from travelling.. the Health department did release a statement that they had not prohibited Napoli from travelling. Serie A have since confirmed that the game is to go ahead as scheduled. As of now Napoli have not yet travelled and if they don't pitch up by 20:30 tonight they would forfeit the game and be handed a 3 goal loss. So until authorities postpone the game we will be on the pitch tonight. And somehow this is Juve's fault[emoji2368] Juve do not have the authority to postpone games.. I know its hard for people to believe but Juve do not have that kind of authority. Plus we need to play these tricky games early in the season esp under a new coach and system.

Thx I will definitely have to spend a lot of time at the range (under supervision) for some time until things are second nature before I would even think of carrying a weapon on my person (once I actually do have a license though).. by the third magazine I was more comfortable dealing with the misfire and didn't have to think too much about what to do next..the first 2 I had to take myself through it step by step..quite amazing how your brain works. I was bit surprised that I did okay..he knew I was really nervous about it but to our surprise I did okay. The first target was a bit all over the place but the second target was all in the little circle in the centre and the x in the circle was shot away..but at least I didn't miss any of the target which was a hell of a surprise to me and I was quite disappointed when I was finished.. my arm however was relieved[emoji2356][emoji1787]

Thanks yes.. funny you mention that cause is was just looking at how the hell do I conceal the firearm it is tricky ..okay not like I wear dresses and don't use a handbag anymore as there is always too much crap in it and what if the steal my bag[emoji102]..but this is something to consider as well.. surprisingly also a lot of different options for ladies as well..

Thx I just did my practical..I can load a magazine, shoot a target and sort out a misfire ..full marks [emoji1787] My arm is a bit lame now, 50 rounds in total. [emoji3061] Edit Oh I did have a chat with them about the sport side of things.. they have monthly training where they set up a course in different situations, lighting etc. Must say the Instructor was really nice quite patient with me at the range (Indoor range) and all my questions (so weird finding out I was one of his matrics when he was in St 6). Found loading the magazine a bit tricky in the beginning until I figured out my own little technique then could load it a lot easier ..slid right in.. After course service really nice.. he will go with me to test a few different handguns to get the right fit. I used a pistol today...now he did tell me which make but all I could remember that it is like a Berretta .. okay I was nervous..[emoji2356]

Yes my biggest fear is I mess up and someone gets hurt so I would rather commit to actively being involved in a sport discipline, that way I know I have to practice have and have to continue learning. If you do know someone that knows someone in the area that would be even better.

This is helpful. I was thinking that I should perhaps join a club here..shooting just a few times in order to be competent for the license is pointless as then the firearm will be put away and the day I need it I have forgotten how to use it and end up in a panic because it hasn't become second nature that would just be dangerous.. I read up about the tactical sport side of it. That would take a lot of practice so I would become very familiar with handling a gun safely...what would your opinion be on something like that. Your input is really appreciated btw.

Something that stuck with me during the classroom sessions was when we were talking about which handgun that he said people often make the is to think their wives should just have something small but he would disagree that a lady esp should have something that will stop an attacker and have more rounds because until you have been in the situation you really don't know how accurate your shot will be and as you said above one shot won't necessarily stop the perpetrator.. I found the classroom sessions very informative ..keep in mind I know f all about guns so everything was informative. Then I want to ask about a gun safe.. now the safe we have meets all the legal requirements but that damn safe has tricky lock by the time I can get the key and eventually open it it wil be far too late. What should I look at getting.

Thanks for your input what you said is very similar to what the instructor said. I'll definitely be back with more questions and won't just buy and old firearm.. my husband keeps on asking have I decided and I keep on telling him no I haven't even fired a weapon yet and will first spend a lot of time at the range so that I can get a feel for what I will be comfortable with and actuallyknow what I am doing with a firearm...but it is very good to hear from people who know what they are talking about... PS I have quite big hands.

May as well ask here...you gius seem to know a LOT. If say a person (me) would buy a handgun what handgun would be recommended. Apparently it would make everyone feel better if I had a handgun as it's just the boys and me and we travel on our own quite a bit. I am currently busy with all my competency..did the hours in the classroom, did the open book exams and aced the closed book exams..this weekend I start the practical side of things.
  24. Yeah its a tough bugger that.. Woods was quite far back at 100m to go..that thing is all about positioning you'll run out of steam if you either attack too soon or come from too far back.
  25. Aah yes rodents..my apologies..will correct[emoji1787]
