Thanks kilo, pity you didn't make it in europe. What was your time? I would like to see a talent like John Lee in a big tour in July.

Would we see John lee in a grand tour in the next 2 or 3 years? I think he is the most talented young rider currently. As we all know to better yourself you must race in Europe full time. Will Konica be a feeder team to some team in Europe, not Barloworld. Or would the KM youngsters try and win elite SA's in 10 years time like Microsoft? What's the long term plans for those special boys from KM?

It's not fun. I rode one in the Argus a few years ago. Sidewinds with that thing is a nightmare, no control. Hills tough. Can't get extra water in or stop at robots. Argus record of Wimpie vd merwe about 2h08m. To get 70km/h on flats quite difficult.

I really don't know why everyone uses this stuff. The laaities that train 30hours a weeek don't use anything. had a 10h30 day in epic last year, no prob. Maybe after 28 years my bum is used to the saddle
