  1. Cape Epic is fun to watch but it lost its lustre after Kevin sold it.
  2. Yeah I had a crap year last year , put on up to 17kg from 90 - 107, stopped riding for 7 months, this year im sorting that out, lost 3kg already , next step get a bike again and start bloody riding, good luck to all doing the challenge
  3. Its all about "representation" they dont give a f#k about performance, as long as we have a 210th placed PD then who cares, this will be the cause of ALL of our sport going down the drain
  4. Thanks all Ill look at Dis-chem or Spez
  5. Does anyone know where I can get high5 products in Cape Town or SA ?
  6. Does the day permit of R60 apply to the open day on the 15th as well ?
  7. I was not chuffed, Im no race snake but I can ride, they put me in the last seeded group for the 42km, I spent the whole ride trying make my way around people...other than that I enjoyed the ride
  8. I'm not usually one to post topics on forums but I believe this deserves a mention: Clearly I arrived under prepared for the Porcupine Ridge MTB race on Saturday as it was raining and quite cold, I was hoping that there would be a LBS there that I could buy a rain jacket or a gilet. On the way to the start line I saw a Franschoek cycles van and popped over to see what they had, thankfully they had a rain jacket , problem was they had no card machine and I dont tend to carry R700 on me at races, anyway no problem the chap says you can EFT me on Monday just give me your email address and he hands me the rain jacket, he doesnt know me from a bar of soap. anyway big ups to Franshoek Cycles, you guy made my Ride way more comfortable .
  9. When is registration ? and what time
