The ride looks fantastic - cant wait till my TOSSILS are better and Janet and I can join u guys - we may need a telescope to keep u in our sights but it looks amazing!
No pizza and not even enough money to buy us cake at the coffee shop - but he was very gentlemanly about making sure us ladies werent left behind in the dodgy parts... December ride sounds good!
Brothers will be brothers - hopefully we can all ride together again. Riders in PE seem to be very slack about organising group rides and going solo gets so boring!
Hi there Spud, u left out the Saturday part of your weekend where u met some lovely people out riding and took us on a fabulous, watery ride home along the railway line. It was good to meet u and will be great if we can all hook up for more rides!
New to the Hub so thx 4 all the feedback - simply put I have only ridden mtb and my friend wants me to do a road race of approx 100km on road bike - being new to cycling have not done this distance yet but have completed a 61km (bit of single/steep up and downs, jeep etc) - will i be ok for the 100km road race. Took me just over 3h30 to finish so not the fastest on the planet!
please help me settle an issue with a friend who rides road! what would u compare a tough 61km off road ride to distance wise riding on a road bike - can u compare them. Am quite new to riding - only ever ridden mtb - never sat on road bike so a bit of an ignoramus when it comes to comparing!
