Hey everyone, been a while. I have the 2 oceans half coming up so it might be a bit too late but thought I'd ask anyway. I have always been running in asics stability shoes. Currently in an end of life GT 2000 (7), i think the latest one is the 10. My question is what alternative shoe brands should i be considering. Always a tricky thing, as i only get the hang of a shoe after a few kms, so no try before you buy. Any recommendations? or should i stick with what works ie gt2000 10?

Yeah, look I reckon 32front and 11-32t (9 speed) wont be so bad coming from a single speed 16inch muna. Not as great as the 40t but then again we not going to be climbing Tokai just yet.

I do get the need to climb and spinning out, however this is the move from a 16inch to a 24inch, so long over due, and wanting to shed some weight and simplify things if its literally just removing those items and maybe replacing some bolts, if not then yep it will stay as is.

Its a 3x9(44-32-22 and 11-32t) and I would like to get ride of the 22 and 44 rings, front derailer and shifter. Its Shimano Alivio in front and SLX at the back. Is this possible to do, or will I be running into similar issue the op of the link above is running into.

So finally got my Fenix 3 after waiting for it to be affordable for me . Does anyone know where I could get a silicon or rubber bezel protector locally? I know the glass is tough as nails, but from all the pics I've seen on adds etc, it seems the bezel is the one that gets scratched.
