    Hi to all. What kind of specs could I expect from a second hand aluminium hardtail with 650b wheelsize and under R16k? Should I rather buy a secondhand carbon bike with a heavier groupset, and heavier rims or should I go with the aluminium and get the best possible rims and groupset?

    hi to all I am looking for a budget mtb. preferably a carbon bike with a xt/slx mix and a good shock? any suggestions? price rage would be between 12 and 18k new and 7-12k second hand. ( aluminium is also fine) any suggestions would be appreciated . thanks
