  1. You must, wasnt the most exciting race, but eye opening indeed. Kimi finally came good. Alonso and Vettel had a very poor race. Looking forward to the pr nightmare at Mercedes, geeez, they are going to have their hands full.
  2. For once I have to disagree with you. That was Nicos fault, also made numerous other mistakes against other drivers today. I am not a Lewis fan, but Nico lost a lot of fans today. Even his podium interview was shocking indeed. Also, Lewis had a badly damaged car, and the most hated comment is based on the booing, not my opinion. Worse than the worst ever Vettel booos, at the best track in the world.
  3. Most hated driver in F1, Nico Rosberg. I have never heard boooing like that. After today, I must admit, he is a *** driver, crybaby bitch. I hope Lewis wipes the floor with him for the remainder of the season.
  4. Nothing lasts forever mate.
  5. Spark is not a trail bike?. Buck up. Buy what you want, not what your bank manager wants.
  6. Camber is just brilliant, but if it has one flaw, the wheels are crap. Unless you buy the expert models that come with the carbon rims. I would go the Evo route, if going camber, 120mm front and rear, and has the Pike shock, which is the best thing ever. You can also buy the Camber Evo in a frame only option, and then spec it from there. Expert carbon frame with dropper post is about R25k, which is good value.
  7. The last bike that I bought from them was a joke. when I took off the rear wheel, the rear derailer fell off. It was never fastened, and my tubeless conversion had to be redone by someone else. But they are so cheap, that I just look the other way.
  8. Soooo sexy. What a bike.
  9. Some of my mates have bikes that are 8 years old. I have a Spez that is 5 years old. You yourself have mentioned numerous times you intend to keep your bike a loooong time. At least they have the confidence to back their product. My lbs told me today that they, and quite a few other shops are no longer selling Momsen because of various frame issues.
  10. Vipa has a 3 year gaurantee on the frame, and the Epic has a lifetime gaurantee. Maybe you should think again buddy.
  11. Well done dude. Like I said, its the only choice. I know you will love every second of it. Rules of the hub require pikchas . When the beast arrives, dont dissapoint us.
  12. I change my dislike to hate . Fook me thats a sexy bike.
  13. Dis baie mooi. Problem for me with these types of bikes is finding them. People will always tell you this and this shop sell them, but they never have stock etc etc. Truly stunning bike. Edit. i just googled the price R90 000. Uhm, maybe not then.
  14. I think you are being too nice. Dis *** lelik.
  15. I really dislike you. That is the hottest colour spez made in a long time. Edit. Hang on, you had a black and white one? Were did this come from?
  16. At this stage, if you are not driving a Merc, you have very little hopes of winning. Unfortunately so.
  17. All true, my point being for R70 000, I would rather have all the bling and carbon bits. Now whether I need it or not, is a totally different subject, which should only be discussed after many many beers.
  18. Nice bike for sure, Chris willemse have them for R69 999, for a bike with a reba shock and xt components. For R70 000 you should get xtr components, or xo and at least carbon wheels. Not good value at all. You can buy a giant Anthem with the same spec for R40 000. If you spend R70 000 on a Specialized camber, you get carbon rims, carbon cranks, carbon handlebars, full x0 groupset, internal cabling, and a dropper post.
  19. Oh boy, a certain Mr vettel is busy chewing off all his fingernails as we speak. If he has the right stuff he could do some serious damage to all Vettels records.
  20. There is no way in hell he can be worse than Jean Eric Verne. So I am all for it.
  21. I think so, GrantRH has one, so he will be able to tell us. I have the Marathon epic, I dont use the SWAT box, but the multitool in the frame is a lifesaver, believe me. And the 2 bottle cages in the frame is perfect for multi day stage racing, no losing bottles. Really is a superb design.
  22. Best value bike here for sure. Only 29er dual suspension on your list that can fit 2 bottle cages in the frame, also has some essential tools built into the frame, the swat system. Plenty available to test ride, and it has proven itself over and over. Simple choice really.
  23. Most of the trails are not open to the public during the year. Really worth every penny. Last year the food was just insane.
  24. Its a welcome change, thanks. Not every race has to be 25km with 1500metres of climbing.
