  1. As sad as that is, I fear you are right. Except for the golf bit, nee man.
  2. Ag moer tog, ek gee op. dis nou te veel. Kan ons asb die iets reel en die donders goed bliksem asb. So kan dinge nie aangaan nie.
  4. Thats how I like em
  5. Thanks man. Been waiting forever for Spez South Africa to bring in the cambe Evo
  6. My order is being place 2morrow with my lbs.
  7. Camber Evo 2015 is the bike to have.
  8. Allready a big oil leak at the front.
  9. Hub needs more fellows like yourself.
  10. I am going to remember this moment for a long time. Never thought I would see the day. Love it.
  11. I think we can all agree 100 percent with that.
  12. Like what? Lets forget about the Rs1 version, thats the reason for the R130k pricetag. Lets look at the normal world cup at R110 000. Cannondale Scalpel, Scott Scale 900, Rocky mountain Element 999rsl, Trek Superfly, all at the R100 000 mark.
  13. and you only get half a suspension fork.
  14. I fear your wisdom is lost on poor old blitzer. Probably still bitter that the Bulls did not reach the playoffs.
  15. Oh yes. finally we get the Evo. That model will sell like hotcakes. Thanks so much.
  16. looks lovely. Lets hope for great weather.
  17. when you have details on the new Camber, please share with us. I know a lot of us are very interested, and especially keen to know if we will get the Evo versions and the S works frame only option. Very very keen on a S works Camber this year.
  18. very entertaining race indeed. For those of you who said that Kimi would give Alonso a good run. Hahahaha. Time to go back to rallying. Bottas is def one to watch, riciardo continues to impress.
  19. Unfortunately its the same with the pricing. In 2013 a S works Epic was R78 000, I think? In 2014 the Marathon is R 75 000. So ja.
  20. I always felt really bad when I missed a race, but lately if its wet, i stay home. I am still trying to recover from my Gravel travel repair bill. Lets hope the weather changes and its dry, then I wont bee too miffed if the sharks lose.
  21. Pleasure dude. Since I have my Epic marathon, I wont be buying a new epic this year. Really interested in the new Camber, but very few details available.
  22. Ja, absolutely, have to agree with you. Raining thursday, Friday and saturday. Wont be pretty. feel for the organisers, but last year I limped home with a flat tyre, horrible chainsuck and a R 1000 repair bill. Much rather watch the Sharks vs Crusaders under the blankets on the couch.
  23. You are right, and thats why I bought the Marathon version. Its still expensive R75k, but i think its the best one in the range.
  24. I could get a 2014 S-works Epic for R50 000. that includes the front shock, and the carbon seatpost. Which actually isnt too bad. specialized south africa did not offer us the frame only options of the camber and stumpjumper. Also the evo models were not available to us. Dont know why.
  25. Camber is a great bike for sure. They are very similar in price to the epic, when comparing the same spec levels. Biggest difference is the brain suspension. Now, deciding if you like the brain or not, thats a whole different story.
