In 2007 i did a 2:58 form group F and I was 34th in my group so its definitly possible. I even think in 2011 a guy did a sub3 from group L

I take part in the Sa rally championship but due to enjin problem Im missing a event this weekend. How to keep up to date with whats happening. great bunch to ride in but blew myself at chapmans and suffered up suikerbossie everyone passed me there. the only problem was when we cuagth some of the J bunch and there was a B group seeded guy pushing his wife or girlfriend up every hill causing him to swerve alot and then he blames it on everyone else.

I have had problems with my stomach on and off again for the last 2 weeks as their apparently was a problem with the water supply. Should I ride this weekend if it is not better by then and if I do what can go wrong.

So you say it is possible pushing really hard and with luck that you dont get cuaght behind groups on the wrong places. My training is much harder then it was when I did sub3 a few years back out of the f group and then we werent realy pushing hard. butt now with boys drive will have to push and be a strong little group to make it.

Seems like it is a new trend on the hub. anyone in K group that think they have what it takes to do a sub 3 if the weather is good. It anyway seems the groups are going to be faster with the way seeding was done this year. And before someone says no one did a sub 3 in K last year check L there was a guy able to do it.

Its your ulnar nerve. I had to have a rib removed to sort it out. Grips and gloves wont sort it you will have to change your setup as you seems like you keep pinching the nerve when you cycle. If it doesnt go away go see a specialist. I went from pins and needles to being paralised in my ringfinger and pinkie unitl they released the nevre.

Entry 520 Pacenotes 250 Fuel for rally car 600 service van 1000 Food for sevice crew 200. thats on the event, that excludes oil and other consumables and the 5k for the service on the suspention after the driver doesnot listen when you say big jump. that also does not include any labour on the service. so stop complaining. My buddy is also seeded in YY he was seeded last year in R they reseeded him again in YY. my mother started in RR last year they seeded her in OB and then reseeded her in TT how do they determine that. And my buddy did a 4:30 argus in R shurely that doesnt justify moving to yy
