I don't know where you can see who scored the most points for the day, but man i was close to fullhouse today... Scored 200 points out of the max 220... My prediction for the African Men's Jersey didn't succeed with the NAD boys today. All other... Spot on!!! Sitting in 66th after today.

I tend to agree... according to the seeding list on Tankwa website my seeding is 33 and i'm in the A batch.... yes, A batch. That must surely be a mistake.

Did the event last year and i would say Day 2... Sound like there might be some small changes to the routes, but i might be wrong!

What size (maH) are you using or would you recommend?

I basically just looking to charge my Garmin, Light and Gopro, not all at once, but that will be the main units for use. Basically for events like 360, Transbaviaans, Desert Dash... I have seen that Red-E have a unit that comes with a mount for charging on the go.

I have followed KB since last year's Munga and i really wanted him to win this year, but with only about 150km left i can't see him catching MM. He finished 6th last year and hopefully he'll take 2nd step this year. I have nothing but respect for these guys for just attempting this.

Did this event this past weekend... Only it's 2nd year, but i believe this has the potential to become a very popular event indeed. Proper trails, beautiful scenery, well organized, well marked routes and a lekker vibe all around. Will definitely be back next year.

Yes, my wife and i are doing the event. Me the 80km and the wife the 40km. Unfortunately can't give you advice as this will be my first time doing this event, but from what i heard from mates doing this in the past it's a good one. Really looking forward to the riding through the poort...

I would stay there for a month no problem... Without phone and internet??? Sure, but then again, i would need internet to upload my rides to strava and use my phone to instagram all my riding pics in that forest. So no $100K for me then, but i'll stay there for a month.
