I've heard the the new garmin 705 can take power tap readings from a power tap hub. My question is this. If i already have an edge 705, can I just buy the power hub and build it into a wheel and then get power readings? (heard that the hub is cheaper than the computer thingy...) Whats the deal here?

tufo tubbies are some of the most decently priced tubbies around. I've ridden mine for half a year and haven't punctured. (probably cause they filled with slime, similar to running tubeless on a MTB. Althought they did cost R730 each...

just simulate race day! once a week go down to a circuit and do one less lap that you would on race day and push yourself. get a buddy to make it more interesting. Its hard, but it's a really good way to get faster...

hmmmm dunno about that price. seems like it's a bit too expensive. I can get the basic energy dynamics for about R8 each, and they seem to do the job and taste good. but the whasp is also tasty...
