One needs to distinguish what the course of events were at the time as various acts which were executed need to be dealt with accordingly.. If there was a little rub and tug within the bunch (whether it be written or unwritten rules within the peleton) the boys need to sort this out within the bunch.. its like soccer / rugby etc etc etc, there will be a little holding back, nip here and there! its all part of the sport!! we see guys get shoved in the TDF, handlebars touching etc etc.. The fact that one party has decided to racially abuse the next is taking it to a totally different level. This must be dealt with accordingly. There is no grey area here.. if you're a racist then you need to feel the full wrath of the law as you were bold enough to label a human being with a term, and therefore need to be just as bold when explaining yourself in court!
