  1. PPA should increase water points to 5 over the distance similar to the 99er and have sufficient ice available at the water points especially in the conditions of yesterday where we encountered an initial head wind and extreme heat.

  4. Would it be advisable to change from MTB tyres to slicks for the Argus and if so what would the estimated improvement in average speed be?
  5. Was the placement of open air urinals without any form of shield appropriate where 35 000 cyclist need to check in?
  6. If the winner was determined by the quickest time then probably the tactics of the winner would have been different.
  7. The route might be shorter, but the embarrassment might be bigger if you do not complete it within the allocated time.
  8. Perhaps it should not only be regarded as a solidarity ride in support of those who was affected by the blaze, but also a ride in support of reconciliation between CSA , PPA and the Cape Town Cycle Tour Trust.
  9. You will run out of the alphabet if you experience a puncture on Chappies.
  10. ....I didn't experience the routes for the Durby Dash, 99er and Tour de PPA as small back roads which is unsafe for masses.
