  1. I haven't looked into the Real Turbo Muin B+ yet but the Tacx Neo Smart is the most technologically advanced trainer i've seen... integration with every possible VR platform, sway function so the bike moves to replicate a more realistic feel under foot, integrated power meter as well as able to operate without power supply. Steep price but something i'd consider if I had the room...
  2. plot twist... streaker was in fact Farmer Glen...
  3. I've purchased from these guys before and they were really efficient and affordable. http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/
  4. The Cipollini above is off the shelf and readily available, tell me if you want it and i'll get it to you by tomorrow.
  5. First time back posting in a while and I'll leave you with this treat from here in Dubai... Cipollini Nuke - AED 85 000 ...current exchange rate puts that at roughly ZAR 290 000...
  6. ToysRus is also a well known toy store... doesn't necessarily mean that any of the 3 parties are the same person though
  7. hahaha...only reason for my post.
  8. Me too...my legs were also dead yesterday and that's the reason Ben Swift kept dropping me up Franschoek Pass
  9. My first DC and it went brilliantly! Team rode like champs together and we crossed the line at 5h 49m with all 12 riders...still waiting to find out if we podiumed in the Charles Milner category though. @Savage, you guys must have had 1 very fresh rider. Saw he punctured in the first few kms and then managed to latch onto the back of the Pharmachoice boys up until Tradouw and then onto the back of us until the first meeting point to rejoin you guys EDIT: Just found out we got 3rd place in the Charles Milner Category
  10. Savage, it looks like we might be seeing a lot of each other on the road...same goals and starting on 2 minutes apart. Goodluck tomorrow and enjoy it!
  11. ETA City Cycling Club Racing Team Start 06:55 Aiming for a 5:45 - 6hr
  12. Had a good leg loosener this morning. Wind is a bit gusty and was more westerly this morning but turning a bit now...nothing too harsh for anyone from the Cape though Feel free to greet me if you see me at the start or during the ride. I'll be the only guy there in SportsWorld kit.
  13. hahahaha get your own damn coffee!
  14. Does anybody have plans for a very early leg loosener on Saturday morning? I'm an "out-of-towner" and would ideally like to do around 50-60kms. I'm staying at the Suncoast Towers but need to be back at the hotel around 07:30ish...
  15. Incredible athlete and all round great person! Will be happy to support Fire!
