Based on the leaked CSA treasurer's report to his executive referred to above, the best thing that could happen to the CSA, and to cycling generally, is for the CSA to hit the wall. After reading this entire thread to figure out both sides of the debate and to get a feel for the merits of each organization, this internal CSA document brought my quest to an abrupt and startling end.
