thanks I've done the route a lot, but I'll be on holiday and I will be able to do it while everyone I normally ride with will be working… .. so just checking. I was thinking it should be busy with people training for Argus. woohooo!

How safe would it be to ride Camps bay to Noordhoek and back, alone. Not super early after 9am. I'm thinking the roads should be busy enough, car and cyclist training wise? I'm looking to do this every second day while on holiday middle of this month as training. But I know riding alone is not a good option… should the road be busy enough to not worry? just curious.

I had an op a year and a half ago… came in just under R200 000 for the whole thing… hospital fees, physio etc… I did not have gap cover then… hence why I'm still riding my hand me down… But on the bright side!! I'm a 150 percent health wise now!!
