  1. Yeah - that is really bad - sorry to hear and all the best in recovering fully!
  2. Alligator i-LINKS is the name http://www.alligatorcables.com/CABLE/iLINK.htm
  3. From my local LBS. Need the brake cables now but when I got them, they were more purple than red. Not easy to pick up if you look at the bike but the owner always knows...
  4. My sisters legs...
  5. Tek cages - wish they would make cages in white carbon fibre but haven't seen much out there that is light and white...
  6. Pics coming - cleaned the bike - looking mint. Yeah - that was me in the race. Thanks for the tip, will see what I can do about revealing more of the white. You mention cling-wrap, just took it off my seat before the race...
  7. Yeah - true! Would like to knock off the extra weight on my bike but they were just so pretty, so had to have them! Will add pics tomorrow of the finished product...
  8. Bars weigh 260g
  9. Stem weighs 130g, not sure about the bars and got them from my LBS via Two Wheels Trading... Anti52009-06-12 00:30:21
  10. Man, and I thought I would be the only one - maybe in P.E...
  11. Some parts I had to wait forever for but they have finally arrived...
  12. 1.78 - 76kg but I know a guy who is probably about 1.82, weighing in at 95kg and is still very competitive on the bike!
  13. Good photo's - bike looks pretty wicked and I like the colour...
  14. I agree, buy the best frame and upgrade your parts at a later stage so I would go for the Silverback...
  15. Regardless of the weight - a road bike will be more suited to you going faster and it will be easier to ride on the road compared to a mountain bike. Anti52009-05-28 05:01:56
  16. Road bikes weighing less than your "claimed" 7kg MTB will cost you more than an arm and a leg. Entry level carbon fibre road bikes probably weigh in the region of 8.5kg to 10kg...
  17. I have no idea I am more focused on the two-piece spokes and two-piece skewers! Man - can it get any better?
  18. These are the correct wheels shown on the bike - Crankbrothers rims! Anti52009-05-27 23:53:43
  19. My man! That is one of the hottest bikes ever. Crankbrother rims - those things are sweet! Can I touch it
  20. I definitely do the weight training thing but don't just focus on the legs - do arms through to stomach - you got to have a strong core for the bike! Normally crawl home cause my calves take the biggest knock!
