Does F bunch do a sub 3 time too? Weather dependant obviously. A month in Thailand during Feb could hamper my sub 3 too. Oh well there will always be next year

Had a good ride, not my favourite route. No chance to get away from the big bunch. Was fun rolling at 50km/h from Malmesbury to Wellington turn off. Finished in my group's © bunch. Will be happy to go over Hels again next year

I used to drive all the way to Durbanville to go buy tubes and GU from John. I'm really glad he is on my doorstep now. Will continue to support!

Hi guys Anyone know how to program the Garmin 305 to automatically start and stop when I do? I thought I did a 6 hour training ride the other day but only realised when I got home it included a hour for coffee/breakfast. Thanks Rory

The Garmin website has a software updater program. I have updated mine a few time and never (touch wood) had a problem. http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/howtoinstall.jsp

Problem is once you ride with Assos, nothing else is really good enough. How do you know that we have bough Assos products must we send slip to you?
