  3. Ride less. yes i believe u on that, ive tried putting most of my training Km's on my stationary bike, but(like ther always is) it is not tha same as going out there.
  4. on the subject : what should a person do to get maximum life out your drivetrain. i've heard guys changing the chain every 1500km and the 4th change they replace the cassette, chain and chainrings. is this good what would be the best thing to do?

  8. hi hubbers, i c there is a race listed in most of the calenders it is the kloppenheim mtb challenge for the 10th of October. funny i can't get any contact number/ details for this race. does anyone know anything about this race?

  14. well i've currently got larsen TT's on and my opinions is that wear's quick. i have always had my eye on Hutchinsons Python's , but looks like the price might be the problem.
