  1. Esel, gaan die 3 dag stage race event plaasvind in 2019?
  2. Just some updates: Nolan's time were 2:37:30 Unfortunately the death of the cyclist is confirmed. Below from News24. "Cape Town - Officials have confirmed that a 40-year old man has died during the Cape Town Cycle Tour after he was involved in an accident. His death occurred during a pile up of around 20 other participants in the race on the M3 near the Constantia Road exit." And well done to group 1C, they caught the front of 1B and 1A. Their expected finish time should be about 2:45?
  3. Jip, you are right. You have opportunities at the Sportif’s to cement your B seeding if you don’t want to wait for the summer races. Sportif dates: 2018-04-22 2018-06-03 2018-07-01
  4. Well, it’s almost a good thing that it is the last fun ride of the season, since two thirds of Group B starters is now bumped up to A (including myself). Group A would have been over crowded.
  5. I assume you meant Life Insurance premium on your Myriad policy. Then you don’t need 16 active days. Myriad uses the best of your fitness assessment or active days. Just remember: Your Myriad discount from active days is calculated using the period Jan to June and July to Dec. Your best 5 (of the 6) months get used to determine your active days level and discount for the next 6 months. So unless you are going to keep doing the fitness assessment (and achieve level 5) I would rather try and log 80 (16 x 5) active days in you 5 best month for period Jan 2018 to June 2018 to ensure you get your 60% discount for July 2018 to Dec 2018.
  6. Below is from a 2018 Healthy Heart Score frequently asked question document: (PM your email if I you want the doc) For how long is a Health Assessment valid? One year, but a client can redo any one of the measurements at any time and it can positively or negatively influence the Healthy Heart Score.
  7. My guess would be that Momentum would still accept single test results, as they did in 2017. And obviously it would be beneficial if you can move to Green and receive better Health Returns, Myriad/life cover discount, Group benefit cash back…
  8. Yip Momentum should change the name to Half-tiply, since the 2018 benefits is about 50% less. But on a serious note, try to get: 200/200 for the be healthy department 130/150 for be safe department 120/200 for the finance part, losing out on the 80 points to link your bank account. That puts you on 450, and then there is 500 points available for Momentum products. Obviously the points double up because you have a wife/life partner.
  9. In the past Momentum has accepted a written blood pressure reading from your Dr or Nurse. And a Finger prick cholesterol test from pharmacies eg. Dischem, Clicks, and obviously pathology cholesterol test results. So I suggest that you only retest the specific test that is stopping you from a Green Healthy Heart Score. This would eliminate the change that one of the other tests performed during a Health Assessment could return a adverse result.
  10. Interesting; In the WCape I have used my VISA card a few times at Dischem/Click’s and all were good.
  11. You can use the Visa card at Dischem and Click’s
